Service was excellent from samples to ordering, viewing the uncut roll, and very quick and expertly done edging completing the order. A stressless and enjoyable process, and a high quality product which should last us many years.

I've been dealing with Shaun at Kelowna Flooring Superstore since 2009 when I bought my first (and current) house, tackling my first reno project. I have used him many times over the years for both flooring and tile for my house, a carriage house we built, my partner's condo, and now a rental townhouse I own with my partner. His advice and product offerings are top tier, and his pricing is very reasonable. He also stands behind everything he sells, which are all of excellent quality. I will never go anywhere else for flooring and tile as long as Shaun is around. We recently did a renovation on our townhouse, replacing all the old crappy laminate and gross carpets with a beautiful high-quality laminate flooring, which was also very affordable. We also purchased some gorgeous backsplash tile for the kitchen. Selina was absolutely fantastic to deal with when picking out tile, and confirming our flooring order & delivery dates. We are so happy with how both the flooring and tile turned out (and our tenant is equally as thrilled with the new floors and kitchen). We cannot say enough about what a positive experience it was for us to work with Kelowna Flooring Superstore to have our carpeting replaced. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They were flexible and patient while we made our choices and offered the best prices with the best service we could find in the city. Installation happened as scheduled and even the installer was really skilled, pleasant and thoughtful throughout the process. I purchased a condo in Kelowna that had been used as a rental and the hardwood floors were a mess...scratches, gouges...and cleaning it was a nightmare! I also needed carpet for the master bedroom as it was very stained. After checking out many other shops, I landed on Kelowna Flooring Superstore. The owner was onsite and was extremely helpful in offering many different options for the flooring and carpet and I took a lot of samples with me. I decided on a beautiful laminate for the main living area and a lovely, comfy carpet for the bedroom. The installers were amazing, cleaning up after themselves and disposing of all garbage, which I greatly appreciated. The office staff, Selina in particular, are so knowledgeable and offered me an excellent price. Another place in town was over double the price for just the flooring! I would highly recommend Kelowna Flooring Superstore for all your flooring needs. (The flooring colour is Monsoon Maple and the carpet is Beige Clay.)
